iDigit XL is a large-format pattern digitizing system that converts oversize 2D patterns into DXF with high accuracy in seconds.

iDigit XL comes with a custom size (up to 450x240 cm) magnetic board, camera unit and the system's center piece, the iDigit software. The board can be laid on any flat surface, such as a table, floor or a cutting machine.

Patterns can be placed on the board using the provided magnets conveniently.

Photos can be shot automatically with the tethered camera and once opened in iDigit, they get digitized instantly with their outline, notches and internal elements. Any necessary changes can be made easily using iDigit's CAD functions and finally patterns are exported into DXF, HPGL or PDF.

iDigit XL is the ideal digitizing solution for industries such as upholstery, automotive, marine and aviation industries where large patterns are used.

Being a software-based digitizing system, it doesn't bear the risks of developing a hardware fault (such as mainboard, cursor etc.) that could lead to costly repairs and part replacements like traditional digitizers do. You can simply reinstall iDigit on the same or different computer when needed.
