TKT Brain Power, is well known company on the market for our hight quality digital ultra-wide printers. Our TDOT plotter that contains cutting edge technology for the CAD marking in the cutting room.
With a team always focused on the development of innovative solutions, our vision is simple: solve the problems that the industry live with and seems to accept.
From this idea the EDGE Post Cutting modular system has been developed. EDGE is a new modular concept the post-cutting area, that will boost manufacturers productivity at a very affordable price.
With our EDGEsurface, adaptable to any cutter brand on the market, the floating surface improves ergonomics during the picking process, making it more human friendly, while it helps to speed up the process. This is the first module to be installed, that it’s already prepared for the robotized picking.
- EDGEclamp goes one step further. By using a clamp with a built-in RFID that helps to track and collect data during collection. This can be inserted into any position on the marker, either by an operator or with a picking robot. Furthermore, the virtual data collection allows us to eliminate the need of physical labelling.
- EDGErobot The P-Intelligence expert software system for multi-ply fabric stacks collection, selects the optimal pick-up sequence based on shapes, weight, type of material, position into the marker, etc.
- EDGEsorting For high demanding manufacturing sorting and grouping can be integrated into an independent station.
