It is a machine designed to fill toys, pillows, braid pillows and beddings, among other things.

For the filling, the following can be used: carded fibre, ball fibre, foam sticks or granules. The machine has a volume tank with rotary agitator and a work station. A powerful supply fan is also included. The diameter of the nozzle can be adjusted as required. A compressed air connection to the machine is essential. The filling process starts when the operator presses the footswitch.

Machine is used for pressing/crushing/squeezing (reducing the volume of products) of soft, fluffy
products. Reducing the volume of the product has an impact on the, low cost of transport, saving storage space before the goods are dispatched. We are the only manufacturers to use the possibility of setting a constant temperature of the film sealing strip, which affects the repeatability of the seal. The packaging process takes place when two buttons are pressed simultaneously with both hands, which causes the pneumatic cylinders to descend to the lower position, and the footswitch to lower the heating strip at a later stage. In this extremely simple way, we can reduce the volume of the product by up to a several dozen percent

Ball Fiber Machine efficiently converts the HCS polyester fibers into a ball fibers. The device is equipped with a touch panel and a scale for weighing the amount of fibers inserted into the carding unit. In combination with the packaging module, the machine automatically switches packing to the second bag when the first bag is full. The possibility of adjusting the size of the end product (ball fiber), the capacity (feeding time of the raw material) adapts the machine to the needs of each customer

filled automatically by the upstream machine, e.g. a carding machine, a foam granulation machine etc
A product sensor located in the upper part of the tank detects the raw material and can automatically
stop the feeding from the upstream machine. The filling size is selected using the touch panel. The most efficient operation of the machine is when filling pillows weighing from 500 gr to 1000 gr. After weighing the given amount of pillow filling, the raw material is sucked into the pillow. Two filling stations allow you to maintain continuous production. While the cover is being filled at the same time in the first station, the cushion is waiting to be replaced in the second station
