High-end laser systems - Optimum productivity and excellent results
eurolaser is one of the world's leading manufacturers of laser systems for cutting, engraving and marking. Since its foundation in 1994, eurolaser has specialised in processing systems for non-metallic materials. These include plastics such as polyester or acrylic, wood and MDF, textiles and composites as well as many other materials. Today, the universal cutting systems are used in the advertising industry, automotive and clothing industry, for furniture production and interiors, for membrane keypads and the electrical industry, for model making and architecture and much more. In particular, applications with technical textiles (e.g. filters, protective textiles, textile silos, spacer fabrics, glass fibre fabrics, sun protection, soft signage or composite fabrics) are cut with the laser systems.
All models are designed according to the modular principle in order to always provide the right solution, even for special applications. With processing areas of up to 3,210 mm x 3,200 mm, large-format cuts can also be realised with ease.
We offer various additional modules for all systems, which are customised to your application and can be seamlessly integrated into your process environment. They are geared to the needs of the market and therefore offer a useful addition to the extensive basic equipment.
The conveyor system for the automated processing of roll material
By using the automatic material feed, textiles can be fed for laser cutting directly from the roll and routed after laser cutting directly to a table extension. With a high degree of connecting accuracy after a material feed cycle, sections, which for all practical purposes are endless, can be produced.
The bale material is fed via an automatic feeding unit. An feeding system edge controller ensures accurate positioning of the material. There is even an option to add a winding unit to the Conveyor System. This is used for the even winding of previously processed textiles and this accordingly results in a completely automated cutting process.
Intelligent cutting of printed material
Many applications require precise cutting to existing register marks or other material references. For this purpose, eurolaser offers an intelligent solution consisting of a camera and analysis software. Using reference points, the optical recognition system allows printed materials to be cut out precisely along the print contour. The new camera technology significantly reduces the time required to read in the register marks. The entire working area is quickly scanned using a surface scan, thereby optimising the process time. This process also extends the range of possible applications. For example, contours on materials can be recognised, whereupon suitable cutting data is created under software control. Pattern matching is also possible. Material patterns are recognised so that the positioning of the cutting data takes the pattern into account. Useful functions that save time and money in further processing.
Laser - powerful processing without material contact
Working without contact means more than you might imagine at first. No force applied to the material, no material distortion, no clamping of the material, better material utilisation, less waste, no resharpening of the tool are just some of these advantages. The thermal cutting process of the laser is very advantageous for many applications. Fringe-free, slightly fused cut edges in synthetic textiles, sealed multi-layer films or crystal-clear, smooth cut edges in acrylic are just a few examples. Laser processing is carried out with the utmost precision, even very intricate details are cut exactly. As the laser beam itself is wafer-thin (approx. 0.2-0.3 mm), inner contours are also cut without a radius, regardless of the tool diameter. In contrast to other processing methods, the laser does not become blunt over time. The quality of the cuts remains consistently high for years, from the first to the last workpiece.
Flexibility through the addition of market-proven tools
Of course, there are also processing requirements that cannot be optimally realised with the laser, such as mitre cuts or milling and V-grooves. In this case, eurolaser offers unique flexibility. Additional mechanical tools can be installed on all laser systems. The user has access to sophisticated eurolaser solutions and the entire range of high-quality tools from Zünd Systemtechnik AG in Switzerland. For example, milling and marking tools can expand the processing options. Even materials that are not suitable for the laser, such as PVC, can be processed on the same cutting system.
eurolaser offers comprehensive support from a single source, from consultation and sampling of the material to be used to user training and worldwide service.

Laser Cutting System L-1200 with Conveyor System & Camera Recognition System
NEW: Intelligent cutting of printed material
At this year's Texprocess, eurolaser is presenting a new camera system for the efficient and precise processing of printed materials. The new technology increases process speed and expands processing possibilities. The camera system will be presented on the laser system L-1200, on which printed textiles are automatically cut live.
Using reference points, the optical recognition system allows printed materials to be cut out precisely along the print contour. The new camera technology considerably reduces the time needed to read in the fiducial marks. The entire working area is quickly captured via area scan, thus optimising the process time. In addition, this process expands the range of possible applications. For example, contours on materials can be detected, whereupon suitable cutting data is created under software control. Pattern matching is also possible. Material patterns are detected so that the positioning of the cutting data is done taking the pattern into account. Useful functions that save time and money in further processing.
