At Strobel, we are proud to open up new horizons in the development of seats for the automotive industry with our high-performance 810C machine. It is often the smallest details that bring a new idea to life. With many decades of experience in special sewing machine construction, we have extensive knowledge in the development of special solutions. With the 810C, you can sew tie-downs and tubular tapes using a two-thread lockstitch blindstitch seam without visually impairing the outside of the seat cover. The cover stitching is sewn directly onto laminated nonwovens or foam/nonwoven composites without touching the outside of the seat cover and can therefore be positioned as desired. The new VEB200 series has been specially developed for the finest and most demanding fabrics. The double blindstitch seam is concealed inside the hem as a uniform, loose, non-restrictive cross stitch that blindstitches the two hem layers alternately from the inside. Its elasticity offers a particularly soft finish, allowing the hem edge to be ironed under afterwards.

What makes the 718 stand out:

The highest demands are always placed on jacket/coat processing. With the new machine from STROBEL you get the highest quality for undercollar processing! The felt collar is sewn blind onto the upper collar with a V-shaped blind stitch that imitates the tailormade finish. Thanks to the new memory locations for individual stitch depth values, different material thicknesses can be changed during the sewing process. This means speed and maximum precision for the customer!
