Description

The pulling, cutting and laying-out device to complement the well-known Hoogs laying-out and cut-off equipment is highly convincing with its advanced technology and a high rationalisation effect.

Successful applications include the entire garment industry, upholstered furniture, the mattress industry, and all kinds of manufacturing.

Type ZSL and ZSL-A

High rationalisation through advanced technology.

ZSL-A

  • Pulling, cutting and laying-out device – automatic version
  • includes the following features in addition to those of the manual ZSL:
  • electronic length and item pre-selection
  • continuously variable pulling speed, up to 1 m/s
  • driven by a robust 3-phase motor
  • clamping beam with automatic height adjustment by photo sensor

Our round-knife machines are proper power packs and perform precise cuts up to a cutting height of 45 mm for almost all textiles and synthetic materials.

Hoogs laying-out and cut-off devices – technically perfect, simple and accurate in use

With our laying-out and cut-off devices you can trim and cut textiles and similar materials to the nearest millimeter without material wastage, technically perfect, easily and precisely. The laying-out and cut-off devices are manufactured individually for your table width and work effortlessly due to their belt-lifting device with a maintenance- free sliding or roller guide on both sides.

Our automatic laying-out and cut-off devices work at the touch of a button. They are equipped with a maintenance-free and robust asynchronous motor and will allow you to trim and cut to the nearest millimeter without material wastage. Their mechanic construction and advantages are same as for the manual devices. They are ideal for saving time on larger material widths.
