High-performance foam-sticks cutter with a production capacity of up to 500lg/h of virtually dust-free foam sticks. The main module works with foam slabs of regular shape to produce perfectly even rectangular foamsticks. With the addition of the pre-cutting module, the machine can also work with waste foam blocks with a crossection of up to 30x40cm.

The length of the foamsticks is seamlessly adjustable between 8-25mm. The standard witdh is 4mm. The machine can work with virtually any kind of foam, except Latex.

Combined power absorption (both modules) 27kW. Required air pressure 6Bar.

This horizontal twin-shaft blender with a total volume of 5m³ is extremely efficient and versatile.

A virtually unlimited number of blend-recipes can be programmed and stored on the machines internal memory. The blender can call for materials from up to three different sources, always maintaining the correct blend proportions (either in kilograms or in percenctage of total batch weight).

The machine can also be used to blend various types of staple fibre in fixed proportions, which is subsequently fed into our CD400HMI fibre fine-opener.

All machine operations are carried out on a 7" touchscreen. Rotation speed of the blending paddles is variable betweeen 60-120rpm. Maximum power absorption 6,2kW. Required air pressure 4Bar. Optional dust filter assembly available for blends containing feather or shredded foam.
