The NBR units, the newborn from RODELLA TECHNOLOGIES, are
automatic sewing units for decorative and assembly sewing on leather
articles, Shoes and automotive application. These units have a different
approach for the solution of the uniform stitch quality when sewing
complex patterns in multiple directions.

In fact, instead of the rotation of the whole sewing head in this case RAM
opted for an original solution to rotate only the needle bar.
The NBR units have indeed a new developed hook group that, granting
the same quality standard as HR model, reduce the size and the masses.
Combination of these two items results, under the same conditions, in a
higher rotation speed by cornering and therefor increase productivity
particularly executing complicated sewing patterns.
RAM sewing units feature also other devices that concur to obtain a
superior quality stitch, such us:

• Electronic thread tension operated by stepping motors;
• Presser foot high controlled by program in order to comply to
  different material thickness during the sewing process;
• “CLUTCH” device that holds the bobbin thread underneath the
  throatplate to secure a perfect appearance from the first stitch;
• Selectable thread trimmer feature to cut both threads or only
  needle thread to facilitate following operations.

• Thanks to the 360 degrees rotation of the needle needlebar and hook align, within few milliseconds, in the most suitable direction in order to grant a perfect stitch formation and high speed in the corners
