Description
Straight line sewing with belt transport
A perfect straight seam is one of the most difficult tasks for the sewing operator.
The servo driven belt transport system of the HM802 is the solution to your problem!
Flexible design
The double belt drive system is a very robust and flexible system. Specially developed to transport upholstery pieces during the sewing process with a perfect straight seam as result.
Simply position the work piece with the help of the projected laser beam. Push the start button and the machine will do the rest.
Make parallel seams with an optional second laser beam which can be aligned with a previous seam.
By a touch screen operated menu you can easily set the machine for single or indexed sewing.
In single mode the work piece will be transported out of the machine after seam end after which the next seam can be positioned.
Use index mode to transport the piece back to the loading position and reposition the piece for the next seam.
Seam start and end point will be controlled by a photo electrical sensor. The sensor doubles as work piece detection for safe operation. Relative start and end point can be set via the touch screen operated menu. The typical tolerance would be ± 1 stitch*. Back tack stitch condensing can be used to shorten the back tack length for sewing heads with the second stitch length option.
The belt transport system can be removed in just a few seconds for maintenance purpose. Without the belt transport system the sewing machine can be used for normal sewing. These features make the HM802 a flexible machine for your production and gives more value for money invested.
The HM802 can also be equipped with a tape feeding mechanism which will automatically feed wire pocket tape to a preset position and cut it after a preset length.
The HM802 can be supplied in both lock stitch and chain stitch versions with various sewing arm lengths.
