The factory campus comprises of 8 dedicated buildings, with over 400 employees & technicians partaking in various manufacturing processes. Our facility has exclusive departments for each minute production process.

TCT LINENS's manufacturing facility has been certified with CT-PAT, SEDEX, SA8000, GRS, GOTS, Fair-Trade, Oeko-Tex STEP, BCI, HIGG INDEX and Ethical Trading Initiative, amongst other quality certifications.

We focus on end-products for its quality and feel. For this, we have a sophisticated 5S implemented finished-goods unit which includes ultra-modern sewing machines with trim cutting and premium finishing capabilities, well-equipped quality control labs to ensure finest made-ups, and modern sewing lines with quick track management for time-bound deliveries.

Our technically skilled workforce produces 75,000 sets/month and can provide finished fabrics within stipulated deadlines. Our made-ups comply with EU/NZ/US/AUS standards, while we have an open-end approach to adopt more quality standards, as time demands.
